It is important to create a personal message. Here are some things the MN Film & TV Board thinks are good content to include in your message,

"Your name and role in the industry, including a project you've worked on.

Thank you for including the Snowbate program in the current jobs bill at $500,000 annually, but in order to sustain a program that creates jobs and helps build a stable production industry, the investment needs to be much higher.

Without increased funding, we will lose Minnesota jobs and Minnesota stories to states that have the incentives to compete in this multi-billion dollar industry. "

Together, we can let our government know that our film industry is an important asset to our state and that to compete with other states in this trade, we need Government tax incentives for film in Minnesota to be successful.
